Structure and construction
- Structural and architectural design
and monitoring of Lar dams pumping station’s shaft and its components,
the tunnels, the stilling basin, platforms and etc…
- Structural and architectural design
and monitoring of lateral constructions, such as the industrial building
on the top of the shaft, access tunnels to the lateral constructions,
and the control building of Lar dam’s pumping station.
- Structural design of Parzin
residential tower with the area of 20 thousand square meters (24
stories).

Jamshidieh residential building with the area of 5500 square meters in
eight stories.
- Structural design of Y1
station of Tehran Metro and fifth part of first line tunnel.

Geotechnics
- Geotechnical and seismo-geotechnical
examination of Mazandaran’s Wood and Paper Plant’s site
- Complementary geotechnical studies on
Bushehr’s power plant’s site.
- Ten or more cases of laboratory and
field studies and investigations , geotechnical engineering services,
and design and monitoring of towers
and residential, sanitary, industrial and … buildings in Tehran and
other cities throughout the country
- Defining, managing and
executing the project of seismo-geotechnical zonation of Azarbayajan and
Zagros regions (Provinces of West and East Azarbayajan, Ardebil,
Kordestan, Kermanshahan, Hamedan, and Ilam) in the comprehensive
regional layout of the country and the preparation of basic geotechnical
plots of these regions
- The control of
geotechnical studies and foundation design of Milad Telecommunication
tower (with the height of 340 m)
- The examination of
landslide phenomena applying to the theory of seismic instability and
rockfall in Azarbayajan and Zagros regions (the mentioned provinces) in
the comprehensive regional layout of the country and the province of
Chahar Mahal-o-Bakhtiari
- Cooperation in design
and monitoring the construction of Tehran’s 4-lane subway tunnels,
between Vali-Asr 4-way and Darvazeh-Dowlat, station I4 at Ferdowsi
square, Tehran, with a 16 meter span and 4 to 6 meters surcharge of
ground beneath traffic surcharge, multi-way junction station K1J4, the
intersection of lane 1 and 4.
- Supervising the
excavation and carrying out laboratory tests on samples obtained from
geotechnical investigation excavations in the site of the pumping
station
- Determining soil and
rock parameters of the Lar dam’pumping station site and preparing the
geotechnical research report.
- Inclusive examination of
short and long-term stability of the main shaft of the pumping station
(17 meters in diameter, and 63 meters of height in rock)
- Geotechnical design,
stability examination, and the structural design of water transportation
tunnels for transporting the water from Lar dam’s pumping station, and
monitoring its implementation.
- Geotechnical
investigations at the site of the cinema-cultural project of Sabzevar
city in the province of Khorasan
- Cooperative structural
and geotechnical design and the preparation of the first pre-phase
technical report of the design and construction contract of the water
transportation tunnels of the Aghdasieh-Pasdaran-Niavaran route
- Consultant in
cooperation with contractor in structural and geotechnical
investigations and the preparation of the first pre-phase technical
report of the design and construction contract of the water
transportation tunnels from Edam square to Yaft-Abad

of high-rised buildings supervised by Melli Bank’s branches in the

- Geotechnical consultancy
of rural urban water supply and sewerage (ABFA) projects at the province
of Mazandaran (water reservoirs).
- Geotechnical consultancy
of divisions 21, 22, 23 and 24 of Tehran-North Freeway’s bridges, as
well as trenches implemented at division 22, Tehran-North Freeway
- Geotechnical consultancy
of the southern structures of Milad tower at Tehran, and the stability
control of the main tower
- Design consultancy and
the controlling of various geotechnical projects of Tehran’s
Municipality, including Modarres-Elahieh’s retaining wall, Niayesh
highway’s retaining wall, slopes adjacent to Hemat highway (west region)
- Geotechnical consultancy
of Shora intersection, Gohardasht 3-way, Azadegan Square, Haft Tir
Square (Karaj) Bridges, as well as some heavy-weighted structures, such
as Taleghani Multistorey parking lot and Karaj Municipality’s central

- Setting up a complete laboratory of
constructional material and concrete technology at Lar dam’s pumping
station, providing admixture design and performing necessary control
tests.
- Setting up and monitoring laboratories
of constructional material and concrete technology at several high-rise
buildings in Tehran.
- Setting up a complete laboratory of
constructional material, concrete technology and asphalt at Damghan Dam
site (Regional Water Organization of Tehran).
- Setting up and
monitoring a laboratory of constructional material and concrete
technology at the site of water transportation tunnels to Semnan via the
Roozieh stream (Regional Water Organization of Tehran)

- Design of Hendurabi Island’s

examining the Caspian Sea water level variation, and proposing the
coasts of Anzali Port’s immune layout

- Seismo-geotechnical and engineering
geology zonation and the hydrogeological studies of Tehran and its
suburbs’ metropolitan system (the development of the city of Tehran and
locating new urban areas)
- Inspecting the pieces of transferable
land at the Tehran-North freeway, including the examinations of natural
hazards, geotechnics, mines, environment, water supply and sewerage
- Landslide zonation studies at the
provinces of West and East Azarbayajan and Chahar Mahal-o-Bakhtiari
Road and Transportation
- Design of the road and technical
structures in the Lar dam’s pumping station route, including bridges,
culverts, retaining walls, avalanche breakers, and etc…

investigation and landslide stability studies of 22nd and 23rd parts of Tehran-North freeway, with the length
of 5 kilometers
